MISSION

The Junior League of El Paso, Inc. is an organization of women whose Mission is to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training.

VISION STATEMENT

The Junior League of El Paso, Inc. will strive to proactively meet critical needs of the El Paso community either by initiating or collaborating with community groups on positive solutions. Volunteer and financial support will primarily concentrate on projects with high impact and/or high visibility, providing members with a meaningful and rewarding League experience, complementing their professional and personal lives. the organization welcomes women who exemplify a commitment to voluntarism and provides training enabling them to reach their full potential as individuals and community leaders.
