Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of El Paso
The Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of El Paso is a nonprofit community foundation established in 2001, proudly celebrating our 25th anniversary of faith & giving in the Diocese of El Paso. This year, we are asking for your support for the Ongoing Priest Formation Fund. This fund assists the continuing spiritual, leadership, and academic formation of priests.

Causes: Education, Religion

The Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of El Paso supports the Diocese of El Paso through your gifts of prayer, service and giving. Together we can make a lasting impact on our parishes, schools, ministries and charities.

The Ongoing Priest Formation Fund provides financial support for priests to receive the continuing spiritual, leadership, and academic formation they need to continue their vocation of service to our Diocese. Priest perform a myriad of duties in their work in parishes, schools, and ministries. Their years of seminary give them an excellent foundation, but to carry on and grow in their calling, they need renewed formation and support through all the stages of their priestly ministry.

The Ongoing Priest Formation Fund is a heartfelt way to express our gratitude for all these priests do for our community and ensure they have all the resources needed for their ministry. It’s a tangible way to give back to those who have given — and continue to give — so much of themselves to our community, while ensuring that they can continue to learn, grow, and flourish after their seminary formation years.

Let’s Give Back to Our Priests!

“As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God’s varied grace. Whoever preaches, let it be with the words of God; whoever serves, let it be with the strength that God supplies, so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.” 1 Peter 10-11
