El Paso Citizen's Police Academy Alumni Association
The EPCPAAA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization consisting of local citizens who have graduated from an El Paso Citizens Police Academy class. The El Paso Police Department started it's first Citizens Police Academy class in the fall of 1995. In 1997 graduates of that program got together to form a non-profit organization supporting law enforcement and being liaisons to the local community.
